Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of www.accurith.com. They do not govern our services — those are set out in a signed statement of work, which prevails over anything on this website.

Accepting these terms
By using www.accurith.com you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. The site is operated by Accurith Technologies Private Limited, Bangalore 560092, Karnataka, India.
This is a pre-launch draft that has not been reviewed by counsel. It is published so you can see the basis on which we intend to operate the site.
What this website is
This site is an informational shop window for our software and advisory services. There is nothing to buy here, no account to create, and no service delivered through it. Its forms exist so you can start a conversation with us.
Our content is not advice
Everything published here — service descriptions, articles, framework references, guidance on audit, risk or security practice — is general information. It is not legal advice, regulatory interpretation, audit opinion, or a professional recommendation for your organisation, and no engagement or duty of care arises from your reading it.
Your circumstances are specific and ours is a regulated field. Do not act on anything on this site without advice addressed to your situation. Where we describe security or compliance frameworks, we describe what we help clients align to; we do not represent that Accurith holds a certification unless we say so explicitly and can evidence it.
We keep this site accurate and current as best we can, but we do not warrant that it is free of errors or omissions, and content may change without notice.
Engagements are governed by a separate contract
Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance. Submitting a form, requesting a demo or registering interest in a product does not create a contract or oblige either of us to proceed.
Our services are provided only under a signed statement of work or master services agreement, together with our Data Processing Agreement where we process personal data on your behalf. Where those documents differ from this page, they prevail.
Acceptable use
Please use the site lawfully and considerately. Specifically, do not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its infrastructure, or any connected system
- Probe, scan or test the site's security outside our vulnerability disclosure process
- Interfere with the site's availability, including by automated flooding of its forms
- Submit false, misleading, unlawful or abusive content through any form
- Submit someone else's personal data without a lawful basis to do so
- Scrape or bulk-harvest content, or use it to train a model, without our written permission
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or impersonate anyone
We rate-limit our forms and take other automated measures against abuse. We may block access where we reasonably believe these terms are being breached.
If you believe you have found a security vulnerability, we want to hear about it. Please use the process at /trust/report-vulnerability rather than testing further. Researchers who follow it act with our authorisation for the activity it describes.
The website assistant
If a chat assistant is available on this site, it is a convenience for navigating our published content. Its answers are generated automatically, may be incomplete or wrong, and are subject to the same 'not advice' terms as the rest of this site. Where an answer conflicts with a published page, the page governs.
Do not enter personal or confidential information into it. Our Privacy Policy explains how questions are handled.
Intellectual property
The content, design, brand, logos and code of this site belong to Accurith Technologies Private Limited or our licensors. You may read, quote briefly with attribution, and link to this site freely — that is what it is for.
You may not republish substantial extracts, reproduce our design or brand, or present our material as your own, without written permission. Third-party names and marks that appear here belong to their owners and their appearance implies no endorsement in either direction.
Anything you send us
You are responsible for what you submit through our forms, including having the right to share it. Do not send us confidential material through this website — use an agreed channel under a signed agreement instead.
If you send us an unsolicited idea, suggestion or feedback about our products, we may use it without obligation or payment to you. We do not treat unsolicited submissions as confidential.
Links to other sites
Where we link to a third-party site we do so because we think it is useful. We do not control those sites, are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data, and a link is not an endorsement.
Availability
We do not guarantee the site will be available without interruption. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, and may do so without notice. Nothing in this section applies to services delivered under a statement of work, which carries its own service commitments.
Liability
The site is provided on an 'as is' basis. To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties in relation to your use of this website, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill arising from it.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Liability arising under an engagement is governed by that engagement's contract, not by this page.
The precise limits and any monetary cap are being settled with counsel — see Open items below.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka are intended to have jurisdiction over disputes arising from use of this website. The final wording of this clause is with counsel.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated version.

Still to be settled.
Listed here rather than answered with a guess — a policy that states a commitment nobody has agreed to is worse than one that admits the gap.
- Liability: whether to state a monetary cap for website-related claims, and how it interacts with the cap in the MSA. Counsel to draft.
- Governing law and jurisdiction: exclusive or non-exclusive, and whether arbitration is preferred over the courts. Stated above as intent only.
- Whether a consumer-facing carve-out is needed, or whether the site can be treated as business-to-business throughout.
- Confirm the correct registered office address and CIN for the entity block, which should appear on this page once verified.
- The no-scraping / no-model-training clause is a position, not yet a tested one. Counsel to confirm enforceability and wording.
